Tailored to your wishes
Massage chair or massage table?
In the office, preference is often given to a chair massage, as the massage in this case can be given over the clothing. This makes it extra accessible and low-threshold to participate. Another plus is that we can set up our massage chair(s) in a public space without any problem, meaning no separate room needs to be provided.
If you have the possibility to create a separate room , it may be interesting to choose our massage table(s). In this case, we work directly on the skin and use massage oil , allowing us to better address deep muscle layers.

Massage time per employee?
For chair massages, you can choose from 5 to 30 min?
A 2-minute changeover period is provided per employee
Including mileage allowance?
We use fixed rates throughout Flanders.
Therefore, no additional mileage allowance is charged.
Parking difficulties?
If the therapist has to use paid parking or if parking is available nearby, a fee of €10 will be charged.
This is to fairly compensate the therapist for the extra burden and time.

Up to how many people?
We have a network of 70 therapists spread across Flanders. This allows us to serve various locations with a large number of therapists.
Is it possible for just 1 hour?
Naturally, we can also provide services for assignments starting from 1 hour of massage time.
However, for all assignments under 3 hours of massage time, we charge our standard “at-home massage” rate.

The price of a massage at work depends on the number of participants, the duration of the session, and the location. At VayaMassage, you will receive a clear, customized quote so you know exactly what the investment for your team will be.
How long does a massage at work last on average?
A session usually lasts 15 to 30 minutes per employee, depending on the chosen type of massage and the number of participants. For larger groups, this can be divided over multiple sessions or days.
