We want to bring that quality right to our clients’ front doors. Naturally, Flanders is (relatively) large and Vaya cannot reach everyone on her own. Therefore, we are constantly looking for experienced massage therapists to expand our network.

What we are looking for
The most important requirement for this vacancy is, of course, that you are an experienced massage therapist and can give our clients that ‘wow!’ feeling. This experience may come from any massage style; it is only important that you can provide both a relaxing massage and a sports massage where the muscles are worked deeply. For this, you must be able to apply sufficient pressure to muscles and massage with enough strength. If you are a sports masseur, you are likely very suitable for the position.
Quality requirements
To ensure you have the right experience, you will be invited to Vaya for a selection interview. During this meeting, a massage will be exchanged so that she can see & feel what your talents are. This will range from relaxing massage techniques to sports massages and potentially specific massages in which you specialize. If everything goes well, you will officially become ‘part of the team’! Then the introduction to all our wonderful colleagues begins ☺️
Freelance basis
Our network consists exclusively of massage therapists who work as self-employed professionals in a primary or secondary occupation. Unfortunately, we make no exceptions to this. This can, of course, be done alongside your own activities. It is also important that you have your own transport so that you can easily reach our clients, always within a 30-minute driving radius. We certainly do not expect you to travel across all of Flanders, and your expenses will be correctly reimbursed; we see to that.
