Massage time per employee?
Can you choose from 5 to 30 min for chair massages?
A 2-minute changeover time is provided per employee
Including mileage allowance?
We use fixed rates throughout Flanders.
Therefore, no additional mileage allowance is charged.
Parking difficulties?
If the therapist has to use paid parking or if there is no parking space available nearby, a fee of €10 will be charged.
This is to fairly compensate the therapist for the extra burden and time.
We hope we can count on your understanding!
Up to how many people?
We have a network of 70 therapists spread across Flanders. This allows us to serve various locations with a large number of therapists.
Is it possible for just 1 hour?
Of course, we can also come for assignments starting from 1 hour of massage time.
However, for all assignments under 3 hours of massage time, we charge our standard “at-home massage” rate.

We recommend providing a separate room for the massage, so that employees can relax undisturbed. We provide music and atmosphere ourselves for extra tranquility. In some cases, the massage can also take place in a public space if that is practical.

Our team of more than 80 experienced massage therapists can handle almost any team. We are the most flexible massage company and can even massage groups of up to 5,000 employees in a single day.

The price of a chair massage depends on the number of participants, the duration of the session, and the location. At VayaMassage, you will receive a clear, customized quote so you know exactly what the investment for your team will be.
How long does a chair massage take on average?
A session usually lasts 15 to 30 minutes per employee, depending on the chosen massage type and the number of participants. For larger groups, this can be divided over multiple sessions or days.
